VITAL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation with experience of 13+ Years in vocational training, skilling, upskilling in central india, Vital is working in association with MCU University, Bhopal, Vital is training partner of National Skill Development Corporation, New Delhi, Telecom sector skill council and Power Sector Skill Council, New Delhi.
VITAL Started as a pilot programme for the ICT sector in 2009, Vital was set up in 2009 to address the increasing demand of trained manpower for newly created jobs.
VITAL is one of central india based vocational and employability training organisation.

VITAL has been set up with an ambitious vision to provide high quality training including high end courses and vocational and skill development training in the healthcare, IT/ITES, Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Electronics, Apparel and Beauty & Wellness sectors.
Our mission is help our students realize their full potential and helping them participate in and contribute towards India’s incredible growth story in both the urban and rural sectors.

Our Objectives
To train rural / semi – urban youth (education level class 5th onward) by imparting professional skills training for a career in Apparel , Telecom , IT&ITES ,Healthcare support services that will enable youth to be employed in the various sector with the necessary skills. In an effort to meet this objective we tie-up with various companies, Hospital for OJT and placement.

After Post Covid we understand more responsibilities towards health support system, environment support and digital inclusion. Equipping members with digital know-how to sustain work in a post-COVID world . Supporting skill-building among women and girls to boost employability. From 17 Dec 2022 in memories of my mother we are starting our new mission under vital NGO platform to be a support system for Women’s ’.Vital support them under our self sustained project SEWA “SARLA EMERGE WOMEN'S ACADEMY”. , But we can’t do this alone , we started communication with other volunteers / agencies / organisation to raise crowd funding also.
