Therefore, to fulfill the growing demand for skilled workforce and boost the economy, the CSR wings of corporate entities are coming up to skill the youth, through direct involvement or collaboration with the non-profits.

Bosch - Bridge Program – Paramedics training Caregiver Although the demand for professional caregiving is very high in India, we lack in providing families professional caregivers. This new course on Caregiving which is being offered by Bosch BRIDGE program will try to address this need and provide this country the next set of trained and professional caregivers.

Vedanta Vedanta Rojgar (VR) program. VR is one of the prestigious initiatives of the Vedanta Foundation and also a noteworthy intervention amongst many CSR projects in India.
