We are looking for a dynamic BPO trainer to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling and conducting training sessions for both new and experienced call center agents, managing the training budget, and supporting employees to keep productivity up.
To ensure success as a call center trainer, you should have excellent knowledge of call center procedures and expertise in quality assurance. Ultimately, a top-notch call center trainer should be a friendly, approachable individual with effective teaching and communication skills.
Trainer Responsibilities:
- Developing call centers' education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.
- Preparing procedures and policies regarding sales techniques and appropriate agent conduct.
- Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees.
- Training experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
- Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
- Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
- Creating and managing the training budget.
- Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Additional certification in business leadership, eLearning software, or adult education and training is preferred.
- At least 2 year's experience working as a call center trainer or team leader.
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced and stressful work environment.
Placement Officer-Skill Development
Education Graduate (Preferably Management Degree)
Experience levels: 3+ years of industry experience (prior BD experience would be preferred)
Desired candidate profile

Maintain records and file pertaining to Placement and Internships Establish contact with Alumni and arrange for motivational talk etc Maintain close communication with program graduates who are unemployed and employed Track all employment activity in our database (Salesforce) To provide career counselling to the candidates Should look for job opportunities for candidates Conduct candidates interview to know about their ability and efficiency Understand the candidates interest and requirement before seeking a job for him/her Support candidates in writing resume and to prepare the candidates for interviews To keep in touch with clients from different organizations in order to stay updated with the new job vacancies that come up To collect the appointment letters or correspond to get them as soon as the interview is over To distribute appointment letters and collect acceptance letters from the students and dispatch to employees Undertake research of various Job Sites to identify suitable opportunities Maintain Data Base of potential Recruiters & Employers

Job Summary
prospective employers and seeking appropriate new placement opportunities in southern states and to include liaising with employers regarding visits to campus for recruitment events ensuring that employer needs are met and that students and staff are aware of the event. Monitoring the suitability of existing placement opportunities; ensuring that employers are aware of their responsibilities to the student and of the students and GIF responsibilities to them; maintaining long-term relationships with the employers concerned Promoting placement opportunities and benefits to students via presentations && organizing employer meetings. Advising students on their applications and on the requirements of them in undertaking a placement; providing a point of contact while the students are on placement and to provide feedback to employers following a placement Delivering careers related modules to prepare student for placement and help them to reflect on their experiences. To advise and guide students (in groups or as individuals, online and in person) about the application process including, CVs, application forms, assessment centres, interviews and selection tests. Working in collaboration with the work placement supervisors, ensuring that they are available to meet students or employers when necessary and to brief him/her about any problems or concerns. To work closely with the Heads of Department to allocate workloads to the supervisors, arrange financial transfers and ensure consistency of approach. Visiting the workplace to ensure adequate supervision of placements; communicating details of placements to the University bodies which require the information; and to administer all other aspects of the activity. Assessing placement opportunities to ensure they meet the quality assurance guidelines with reference and relevant academic subject validation documents and ensuring all placements reach the guidelines set for Health and Safety compliance
Gathering and analyzing market information, trends and competitor developments in order to understand and disseminate market intelligence to regional head and top management; managing and analyzing data and in relation to placement activity and creating reports; contributing to the development of external accreditation reports; and participating in external accreditation reviews on need base.
